Purchases. By purchasing jewelry from my website you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read all product descriptions to make sure the jewelry you are purchasing is going to be the right fit for you. All sales are final.

Shipping.  Domestic shipping is available for $8 USD. All shipped orders are insured and will be accompanied with a tracking number that willed be shared to the email address you provide during check out. International shipping is not yet available.

Once your jewelry has been given to the postmaster, it is no longer my responsibility. If you experience issues with your package during shipment, please contact USPS first and, if needed, you may contact me with the details on the situation and I will do my best to help you sort through the issues.

I hand fabricate all jewelry pieces in my studio space, which means production and shipping timelines might vary. If you have short time period for any orders, please be sure to check the product description to confirm whether your item is ready to ship or made to order before purchasing. 

  • Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Shipped within 1 week of purchase.
  • Made-to-Order Pieces: Fabricated and shipped within 5 weeks of purchase.
  • Custom Pieces: Fabrication and shipping may take up to 2 months, depending on the complexity of design, materials utilized, and sourcing available.

Returns and cancellations. All sales are final and orders are non-cancelable.  If you’re unhappy with your piece, please reach out—I always want you  to be happy!

Custom Pieces. Please complete a contact request form with details of your idea for a custome piece. Include as much detail as possible. I will contact you to set up a consultation time to confirm the design, materials to be used, and timeline. Purchase price and payment for at least 70% of the price must be confirmed before I begin to work on your custom piece.

Payments. The Ouitni Jewelry site accepts accepts PayPal and Debit/Credit cards for payment. We also accept Venmo and cash for in person payments. 

Jewelry Availability. All of my jewelry is hand fabricated with intention and not rushed in my personal studio space.  If you missed out on a piece you really wanted, I will likely make something similar to it in the future or you’re welcomed to reach out with a Custom Piece request.  Please follow me on instagram to stay on top of any works in progress and fresh releases! 

Limitation of Liability.  By purchasing from this shop, you agree that Whitni Williams and Ouitni Jewelry are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or allergic reactions resulting from the use or misuse of your purchase. Customers are responsible for knowing their own sensitivities and following proper jewelry care guidance.
